The brass door handles I have at home have not been polished since the day I moved in, in late 2003.  I will confess to not regularly applying Brasso to my door handles.  The other day however I whizzed over the living room door handle with a Miracle All Purpose Polishing Cloth and then buffed it with a dusting cloth…Wow! On Metals
Rub a small section of the article to be cleaned then wipe with  a clean, dry, soft cloth.  repeat until the entire article is polished.

Do not polish in hot sun.  First make sure that surface dirt has been removed and the car is dry.  Use a part of the cloth that has not been darkened by metals.  Polish a section at a time with your Miracle All Purpose Polishing Cloth before buffing with a clean, dry cloth.

Rub stain hard until it is removed then buff with a dry, clean cloth.
